Oak coffee table by Esko Pajamies for Asko, Finland 1960s

Mid century modern coffee table. Designed in the 1960s by Esko Pajamies for ASKO Finland.
The table has an almost square top that is smaller than the base showing the beautiful finger joints on the corners.
Made from solid oak with beautiful natural graining.
The wood has gained a patina throughout the years. The top shows signs of use like discoloration and staining contributing to the overall appearance of the table. It gives it a somewhat rustic and distressed look.
