Brass and crystal sputnik lamp by Ernst Palme, Germany 1960s
Mid century sputnik chandelier. Designed and made by Ernst Palme in the 1960s, Germany. The lamp has 17 lights and is fitted with 16 facet cut Swarovski crystal globes reflecting the light in every direction. The lamp is completely original and still in very good condition. The wiring is original and in good condition however, an inspection and installation by a licensed electrician is recommended. The lamp is meant for use with 240volt power but is also suitable for other voltages by choosing the correct bulb. The lamp will not be provided with bulbs. The lamp without the bulbs measures 30cm in diameter and the height is 75cm. Unfortunately there is no maker mark anymore. This was a handwritten label that was located in the ceiling plate.
