Nuovo lounge chair by Rudolf Wolf by Rohe Noordwolde, Netherlands 1950s

Mid century swivel lounge chair. the model is often referred to as " lips". The design is attributed to Rudolf Wolf and Rohe Noordwolde.
The swivel base is made from steel and can be locked by a turn knob.
The internal structure of the shell is made from steel and rattan. It has been professionally re-upholstered by the original owner who bought it new in the 1950s.
The thick wool fabric is still in very good condition.
