Condition: FairReupholstered. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. The structural integrity is still very good. The original paint has some chips and scuffs as illustrated in some of the detail photos. The seat have been re-upholstered in real wool Teddy fabric.

Set of 4 J-151 dining chairs. Designed in the 1960s by Erik Ole Jørgensen and manufactured by Kvist möbler Denmark in the 1960s. They have a white lacquered beech frame. The paint is original and unrestored. The seats have been reupholstered in wool Teddy fabric. Very comfortable and warm natural material.
Erik Ole Jorgensen was born in Denmark in 1925 and died in 2002. A Danish furniture designer, originally Erik Ole Jorgensen trained as an upholsterer. In 1944 he graduated at the Design School. During his career he designed both furniture and fabrics, including curtains for Kvadrat. His simple, functional furniture has placed him among the best Danish furniture designers. In the the 1940s, he worked for Kaare Klint . Erik Ole Jorgensen participated in many exhibitions around the world and won many design awards.
