Specifications

Large brutalist oak dining table with stools, Netherlands 1960s

Impressive handcrafted dining table. The round top measures 200cm in diameter. It sits on an oak base.
The top was custom made in the late 60s for the original owner.
Originally a garden table it has gained lots of patina and character through the years of use. It survived because of the coating of wax and wood oil it was treated with. After removing the old layers of coating, amazing oak wood was revealed.
The table is in good condition. The top has some natural occurring cracks and imperfections only contributing to the unique, natural and robust character.
The diameter varies from 195 to 200cm making it not perfectly round.
