"Revolt" chair by Friso Kramer for Ahrend de Cirkel, Netherlands 1950s

Iconic industrial chair. Designed by Dutch designer Friso Kramer in 1954. the chairs were produced by Ahrend de Cirkel. The seat and back are made from Ciranol. A high density compact material that is often used for table tops, chair seats and backs. Using this material Kramer was able to create a very thin seat that is both durable and strong.
The color has faded through the years to faded pink. Completely original and in good, ready to use condition.
